Christmas car decorations

If you’re planning to travel for the holidays, or you spend a lot of time on the road in general, your car’s Christmas decorations should be at the top of your “to-do” list! Show off your festive side with these fun and easy holiday car decoration ideas.

Holiday Car Decoration Ideas

Rudolph nose and antlers

Santa’s not the only one bringing gifts home in his sled this year. Look for car antlers at auto parts stores or online. If you can’t find a Rudolph nose, look for an extra large pom-pom at the craft store and tie it to your car’s grill.

Festive decals

Window decals will stick easily to your auto glass and come off clean when the holidays are over. Look for them anywhere holiday decorations are sold. Make sure your decals don’t obstruct your driving.

Lights

You decorate your house with lights, so why not your car? Make sure your lights are secure while you’re driving and spread some holiday cheer when you’re doing your errands after dark!

Garlands

Deck the cars this year! Take a small wreath or some garlands and red ribbon, then attach them to the front of your car using zip ties or wire.

Car paint snowflakes

Look for washable white auto paint pens (the kind used to write “Just Married!” on a windshield) and use them to draw snowmen, snowflakes, and other festive designs on your car. Again, be sure your designs don’t block your vision while you’re driving!

We can’t wait to see what fun holiday decorations people put on their cars this year! If your auto glass is too chipped or scratched to decorate, give the experts at Taylor Auto Glass a call to have your auto glass repaired or replaced today!
